{"id":8893,"date":"2014-03-10T14:53:15","date_gmt":"2014-03-10T14:53:15","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mzellegingerowl.wordpress.com\/?p=3623"},"modified":"2020-03-22T14:19:43","modified_gmt":"2020-03-22T13:19:43","slug":"les-pink-whoopies-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mzellegingerowl.com\/index.php\/2014\/03\/10\/les-pink-whoopies-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Les &quot;pink&quot; whoopies"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3><span style=\"color: #e73e01;\">Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Pour 20 whoopies \u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>115 g de beurre<\/li>\n<li>200 g de sucre<\/li>\n<li>1 gros \u0153uf<\/li>\n<li>250 g de yaourt nature<\/li>\n<li>250 g de farine<\/li>\n<li>75 g de cacao en poudre<\/li>\n<li>1 c. \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de bicarbonate<\/li>\n<li>1 c. \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de levure chimique<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd c. \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de sel<\/li>\n<li>1 c. \u00e0 caf\u00e9 d\u2019extrait de vanille<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pour le &#8220;filling&#8221; (garniture) :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>ar\u00f4me framboise<\/li>\n<li>250 g de mascarpone<\/li>\n<li>90 g de sucre en poudre<\/li>\n<li>colorant rose<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">&#8230;<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #e73e01;\">Les &#8220;Pink&#8221; Whoopies :<\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pr\u00e9chauffez votre four \u00e0 180\u00b0 (th.6).\u00a0Fouettez ensemble le beurre, que vous aurez pr\u00e9alablement laiss\u00e9 mollir et non fondre, et le sucre jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange commence \u00e0 blanchir. Ajoutez ensuite l\u2019\u0153uf et le yaourt \u00a0(type yaourt \u00e0 la grecque ou nature) tout en continuant de battre doucement votre pr\u00e9paration. En parall\u00e8le, dans un saladier, m\u00e9langez la farine, le cacao, la bicarbonate, la levure chimique et le sel. Puis, vous pouvez peu \u00e0 peu incorporer ces ingr\u00e9dients au premier m\u00e9lange sans s&#8217;arr\u00eater de battre. Terminer en ajoutant un peu d&#8217;extrait de vanille.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pour mettre vos whoopies au four, munissez vous d&#8217;une grande plaque de cuisson et recouvrez-la de papier sulfuris\u00e9.\u00a0Disposez \u00e0 l&#8217;aide d&#8217;une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe une petite quantit\u00e9 tout les 5-6 cm environ pour que les whoopies soient bien espac\u00e9s et \u00e9viter qu&#8217;ils ne se rassemble lorsque la p\u00e2t\u00e9 s&#8217;\u00e9tale \u00e0 la cuisson. Il faut essayer de conserver une forme assez ronde pour pouvoir assembler les whoopies de mani\u00e8re uniforme. Je me suis aid\u00e9e d&#8217;un emporte-pi\u00e8ce rond pour d\u00e9poser ma cuill\u00e8re de p\u00e2te \u00e0 l&#8217;int\u00e9rieur \u263a<br \/>\nLaisser cuire et gonfler pendant environ 10 min.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pour la garniture, rien de plus simple, il suffit de m\u00e9langer tous les ingr\u00e9dients ensemble : le mascarpone, le sucre en poudre et quelques gouttes d&#8217;ar\u00f4me framboise, ainsi qu&#8217;une pointe de colorant rose.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Une fois les whoopies refroidis et d\u00e9coll\u00e9s du papier \u00a0sulfuris\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#8217;aide d&#8217;une spatule (attention la p\u00e2te des whoopies est assez collante !), essayez de former des paires presque identique. Placez votre garniture dans une poche et d\u00e9posez-la en cercle en partant du milieu d&#8217;un c\u00f4t\u00e9 du whoopie. D\u00e9posez 2-3 groseilles ou \u00a0fruits de votre choix et refermer avec l&#8217;autre c\u00f4t\u00e9 du whoopie comme pour un macaron version US.
